Shipping & Returns 1. Shipment outside of The Netherlands For shipment outside of The Netherlands please contact us by mail at info@xs4trade.com prior to placing your order. This to calculate the exact shipping cost that will depend on destination, weight and size. No COD (Cash on Delivery) option for all shipments outside of The Netherlands! 2. Transport All our deliveries will be handled by TPG. The moment your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email from us. In this email you will find a TGP tracking number, with this number you can track your package. Go to www.tracktrace.nl to trace your package 3. Returning products If ordered product is not meeting your expectations or if you ordered the wrong product, you may return these products within seven days after receipt, including all accessories and documents in the original packaging, with enclosed a copy of the invoice and a note with a statement for the reason of return. Returning a product is only possible after an RMA number has been issued by xs4trade. Product returned without this RMA number will not be accepted.
